A list of all the ventures I started and stopped along our path to FIRE.
Yep. I’m really great at generating ideas and taking the first steps. I’m less good at the follow through. I hope you can read this short post and feel a bit better about your own false starts.
Here’s a list of the starts and stops (so far):

- All-natural eczema remedy.
There’s so much click bait on the internet about how easy it is to start a side hustle and make money immediately. When I was working full-time I just didn’t have the time or energy to devote to building a business. I wanted to chill the f*ck out and have a pint with my friends on the weekends.
What I’m thankful for is the insight into business and myself that I gained from my starts and stops:
- I’m pretty darn good with spreadsheets.
- I like being creative and making things pretty.
- I’ll never go into business with a friend, again.
Anyhoo, go forth and side hustle. Or don’t.
